Fresh & perishable items
If a fresh produce, butchery, bakery, or hot & ready item doesn't meet our quality standard, let us know within 24 hours of delivery or collection for a replacement or refund.
Packaged goods
Unopened groceries, household, and lifestyle items (Vape & Gadget, Cell Phones) may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase, provided packaging is unopened and undamaged.
